Elaboration (Vinification)
Quitapenas Plata is a liqueur wine made with the grape variety Moorish Muscat and Muscat of Alexandria from the northern region and the Axarquía region of Malaga. The first musts, or bud musts, are selected to produce this magnificent wine.
Pairing
Pair your Quitapenas Plata with mature and intense cheeses, foie gras, moderately sweet biscuits and puff pastries, and fresh fruit salads. Consequently, we can say that this is the wine of desserts par excellence.
