Elaboration (Vinification)
Liqueur wine made with the Moscatel Morisco and Moscatel de Alejandría grape varieties from the north and Axarquía of Malaga. The first musts or yolk musts are selected to obtain this magnificent wine.
Pairing
Cured and intense cheeses, foie. Moderately sweet biscuits and puff pastry. Fresh fruit salads. Consequently we can say that it is the dessert wine par excellence.
