Cancellation policy
Please make sure before making the reservation that all the information is correct.
For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the date of the visit or activity, no charge will be made per person. If the cancellation is between 48 hours before the visit or activity, the amount of the contracted activity will be charged per person from 100%.
If you want to make any modification or cancellation of your reservation, you must contact us by email at ventas@quitapenas.es or by phone at 952 24 75 95 from 10:00 to 12:00 hours from Monday to Friday, indicating the reservation to modify or cancel.
Changes to the date of reservations must be confirmed by Bodegas Quita, just conditioned on availability.
The refund of the reservation will be made in the same means of payment that has been used in the purchase process.
The user will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal or resolution, according to current regulations on consumption and management of retail trade.
In case of technical need or force majeure, Bodegas Quita will hardly be able to cancel the visit. In this case, the client may be offered either the refund of the money for the visit or activity contracted, or the exchange for another day according to availability and under the same contracting conditions, with one option or the other being the client's choice.
The visits and activities are associated with a schedule that must be met for the proper functioning of all the activities carried out, so that the client who arrives late will not be able to join the group, unless this is accepted by the person in charge of Bodegas Quitauelve who is making the visit or activity.
In the event of a lack of proper behavior or respect by a client in a group, which is a nuisance to the rest of the group, they may be expelled by the person responsible for the visit or activity.
