A careful selection of Moscatel variety grapes from vineyards located in the north of Malaga and the Axarquía is carried out.
In the first place and after the selection and destemming of the grape, it is passed to the pneumatic press using only and exclusively the flower must. A selection of yeasts is made for their fermentation for 21 days at 12ºC and their subsequent aging on their fine lees for 5 months, obtaining as a result a pale, fresh and fruity wine of exceptional quality.
