Elaboration (Vinification)
Liquor wine made with grapes from the Axarquía of Malaga. Late manual harvest to obtain grapes with a high degree of reduced sugars and subsequent sunning by direct sun exposure for 10-15 days.
Subsequently, we proceed to a careful selection of grapes and their subsequent destemming to obtain high quality musts.
Pairing
It is one of the most suitable wines to have as a dessert or as the opening of a good lunch or dinner. It pairs very well with strong cured cheeses, foie. Or to finish with moderately sweet cakes and puff pastry. Fresh fruit salads.
