Elaboration (Vinification)

Tachin It is a semi-sweet wine made from grapes Moscatel Morisco from the northern area of Malaga and Moscatel de Alejandría from the Axarquía.

The grapes are selected in the vineyard, working manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Upon arrival at the winery, a manual selection is made on the selection table. After this, the destemming and soft pressing is carried out, obtaining the first must, or must, of great quality, which will be used to make this great semi-sweet wine.

Subsequently, with only the must clean, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C with native yeasts for 12 days in stainless steel tanks. We then cool the fermentation and then filter and bottle the wine to achieve a semi-sparkling wine of exceptional quality.

A very Malagan wine, perfect for any occasion.

To fully enjoy the Semi-sweet tachinWe recommend a consumption temperature of 6ºC.
