We begin with a journey through the history of Quitapenas, its wines, its elaborations... to end with an explanatory tasting of 4 wines, designed to differentiate the different mothers of the winery, with wines over 40 years old, some of which are which have been considered authentic historical jewels of oenology. The wine to taste is extracted directly from the barrel, with the venencia, to serve and taste it at the moment. From barrel to glass in hand.
