Elaboration (Vinification)
It is the oldest wine in the winery and honors José Suárez Villalba, son of the founder of this house.
A long-aged sweet liquor wine made from the Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel de Alejandría varieties, aged for more than 20 years in old American oak casks that are more than 80 years old.
Pairing
It is a dessert wine although it can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
