Elaboration (Vinification)
Sweet liqueur wine made with Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel de Alejandría grapes from the north of Malaga. For its production, the best musts of both varieties are selected and, after their assembly, they undergo oxidative aging in American oak casks for a minimum of 6 months. It is a high quality wine.
Pairing
It is the dessert wine par excellence. Pair with chocolates, not too sweet desserts, pastry creams, creamy ice creams, fruits, strong cheeses.
