Noble sweet liqueur wine made with grapes of the Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel de Alejandría varieties from the north of Malaga. For its production, the best tear musts of both varieties are selected and, after assembly, they go through oxidative aging in American oak casks for more than 2 years. It is a wine of limited production and of great quality.
It is the dessert wine par excellence. It pairs with chocolates, not very sweet desserts, pastry creams as well as creamy ice creams, fruits, strong cheeses.
