BIBIR Launch

On February 20th we celebrated the launch of BIBIROur new naturally sweet wine. A project that began as an idea in 2022 and, in August 2023, began to take shape until becoming the reality we can share today.

Today, BIBIR is now available both on our Online store just like in our physical store, and we hope everyone can discover it, savor it and make it part of their own celebrations.

Below we share a little bit about what the BIBIR launch was like in our warehouse:

We carefully considered every space in the winery for the launch of BIBIR, understanding that the environment is also part of the experience. We remained true to the essence and tradition of Bodegas Quitauelvebut allowing BIBIR's personality to find its own place, with its own identity and character.

We designed a pairing intended not only to delight our guests' palates, but also to find the perfect balance with BIBIR. Each offering was selected to enhance its nuances, respect its natural sweetness, and create a harmony that amplifies the experience with every sip.

To create a pleasant atmosphere and convey the emotions we wanted our guests to experience, we designed a playlist exclusive, designed especially for the event.

Secret label

For months, BIBIR was a secret that we subtly teased on our social media: an enigma without a name, without a label, without clear clues about its identity. We wanted it to generate curiosity, to spark questions, to feel like something about to be revealed.

We kept the surprise until the very end. And on launch day, we revealed its true image alongside the artist who brought its label to life, the painter from Malaga. Andrés Mérida.

The launch of BIBIR doesn't mark an end, but the beginning of a new chapter. A chapter we want to continue building together with all of you, sharing moments, toasts, and emotions around a glass.

This launch represents much more than a new wine. It is the materialization of an idea, a creative process, and a commitment to continue innovating without losing our essence.
